5/16-32 (1/2" outside diameter) fits all 8mm axles using 608 bearings. 9/32-32 (1/2" outside diameter) fits all Sure-Grip 7mm axles using 607/627 bearings. Used primarily for artistic competion skates and quality speed skates. 9/32-32 (7/16" outside diameter) is a very thin axle nut made especially for 7mm short axles using 607/627 bearings found on Snyder figure/competion skates.
