Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  A confirmation e mail will be sent once your order has shipped. You will be able to track your order through the shipping number we send you. Orders via Fed Ex and UPS is trackable in real time however orders through United States Postal Service (USPS) will not be trackable in real time.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  You can login to your account on our webpage and change/edit or cancel your order. However once your package has shipped, you will no longer be able to change anything. If you do not want the item, you can either refuse the package or ship it back to us.
How do I track my order?
  Click on the shipping number we send you via e mail once your order has shipped. You can also track your order through our webpage when you login with your profile. Check your order history with us and the status of the order you are inquiring on.
My order never arrived.
  Please contact our customer service either through e mail (24 hrs) or phone (10am - 6pm PST) only if it has passed the stipulated arrival date (for Fed Ex and UPS). For United States Postal Service (USPS) to Canada, this delay could be up to 3 weeks.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please contact our customer service within 72 hrs via e mail (24 hrs) or phone (10am - 6pm PST). Please provide your order number and/or your last name.
My product is missing parts.
  Please contact our customer service within 72 hrs via e mail (24 hrs) or phone (10am - 6pm PST). Please provide your order number and/or your last name.
When will my backorder arrive?
  When a backorder is shipped, an e mail will be sent you and you will be able to track your order in real time. However if your order is still IN PROCESS means the item you ordered has not arrived at our warehouse yet.
