How do I create an account?
  Under the LOGIN section go to the NEW CUSTOMERS area click continue and provide us with your details.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click "My Account / Order Status" on the top right corner of our main page. You will be able edit/change all information you have provided us with before. When you are done, simply logout or close the window.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless there was a shipping error by Skates.com.


A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) is required for all returns. Please contact our customer service at 1.800.554.1235 (for US Domestic) or 1-415-990-5869 (International) 10-6pm PST or email for a RA number. Please provide your order number and/or last name. A <B>return label</b> will be sent via E-MAIL. The customer needs to print the form from a printer and place it with the item/s to be returned.


Please contact our customer service 1.800.554.1235 (US Domestic) or 1-415-990-5869 (International) 10-6pm PST or e-mail (24 hrs) for a Return Authorization so we may expedite your exchange as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please contact our customer service at +1-415-990-5869 or e-mail for your Return Authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping cost for the items to the USA and back to the foreign country.

**NOTE: Only UNUSED and new items are allowed to be returned or exchanged. Items returned used will result in the customer's credit card being charged to pay for the used items. No refunds will be issued and no correspondence will be entertained.

**Return/Exchange items via Cash On Delivery (COD) will be refused and returned to the shipper

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery at 1.800.554.1235 Please provide your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Provide your e-mail address and phone number and we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item for you. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact the Postal carrier and the Skates.com Customer Service immediately at 1.800.554.1235. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.


A refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of your return/exchnage. Eg. Credit cards and Paypal will be refunded electronically and Money Orders will be sent a company check.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
