RETURNS
A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact our customer service at 1.800.554.1235 (for US Domestic) or 1.415.447.1800 (International) 10-6pm PST or email for a RA number. Please provide your order number and/or last name. A return label will be sent via E-MAIL. The customer needs to print the form from a printer and place it with the item/s to be returned.EXCHANGES

The customer is responsible for shipping cost for the items to the USA and back to the foreign country.
**NOTE: Only UNUSED and new items are allowed to be returned or exchanged. Items returned used will result in the customer's credit card being charged to pay for the used items. No refunds will be issued and no correspondence will be entertained.
**Return/Exchange items via Cash On Delivery (COD) will be refused and returned to the shipper
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery at 1.800.554.1235 Please provide your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Provide your e-mail address and phone number and we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item for you. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact the Postal carrier and the Skates.com Customer Service immediately at 1.800.554.1235. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.
