Signature will be required as follows:
Total merchandise value is $200.00 - $399.99 = Indirect Signature
Total merchandise value is $400.00 and above = Direct Signature

"Indirect Signature" is where :
- signature is obtained from any person at the delivery address; OR
- recipient can sign a FedEx/UPS Door Tag authorizing release of package (the Door Tag option is offered at the discretion of the courier).

"Direct Signature" is where :
- signature must be obtained from any person at the delivery address.

Please note that in either case, if a signature is not acquired, the courier will automatically return the package to sender.For customers whose total merchandise value is $200.00 and above, we strongly advise that you plan to have your merchandise shipped to an address (business or residential) where there will be a person readily available to sign for it. This will ensure that no delays occur on your shipment.
