I am a new Derby Girl and as a beginner had no idea what I was getting into. I love these skates they are comfortable and breathable. I had a problem with a toe stop separating. Customer service got right on the issue and I received a new set within a week. I ordered more items. This was a wonderful experience and will continue to look for my items here.
