The New Razor Ultra Pro LO model with low 21 inch high fork and 14 inch wide handle bars. Razor Ultra LO Pro Scooter is designed and tested by Team Razor for ultimate durability and performance. Improvements include rigid down tube for maximum durability and the Ultra deck is double welded to the down tube for superior strength.

NON FOLDING SCOOTER for durability, For Assembly: Just insert your handle bar unit into the fork on the base of the scooter and tighten.
