How do I return an item?
  Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. We will issue a return authorization code for the product(s). Our domestic number is 1.800.554.1235 and our global numer is 1.415.447.1800. Our human hours are from 10AM - 6PM Pacific Standard Time. This is the only time you can call and recieve a RMA number.
