The only somewhat critical comment I can make is that the sizing seems to run large. I had to go back and confirm to myself that this was not unisex sizing.

I wear a size 9 shoe, but the size 8 skate fit better.

Bought the skates to get some extra exercise in my life. I love them. I am a size 10 so I bought a size 9 and they fit great. So purchase a size smaller. Reasonable pricing too!!

This skate is not in womens, I have a wide foot so I usually get a 9.5, with heavier socks, a 10.So reading the other reviews, I ordered a 9.They were WAY too big [...]Skates.com asked me to outline my foot on a piece of paper to provide me with a size that fits. So they'll see I'm about a 9.5. I'm afraid they'll just send me another 9! They denied these being unisex sizing, there is NO DOUBT in my mind that they are NOT womens sizing. Beware, Skates.com does not take responsibility for errors in their descriptions. [...]

I use these skates just for fun around the neighborhood and at our local skating rink. They are awesome and they ride so smoothly. I coulnd't ask for a better pair for what I use them for.

I bought these from a local store to take my kids skating. I put them on in my house n I dont care for the wheels. I'm use to speed skates that dont have grippers on them. Other than that I like them I will do another review after we go skating.

I bought these skates for my 14 year old daughter and she loves them! She says they are smooth, fast and looks good on her feet. She likes these skates and is happy with my choice.

I'm about to order these skates and as with anything I order online I read "everything" I've been reading the reviews and have noticed the people who have been complaining about the size did not read that they are in mens sizes so you have to order a size smaller.....I.E. I wear a women's 9 so I will order an 8....

I'm a beginner & can skate ok indoors, but I wanted skates for outdoors. The wheels on these hang-up on every crack & seam & will make you stumble & possibly fall if skating outside. The size runs very big & I recommend that you buy them 2 sizes smaller, rather than the 1 size smaller the description directs you to do. The stops/brakes are worthless as they are way too high & can't be adjusted. Learn to stop by turning or grabbing on to something. The wheels are centered too far inside ,which makes them clumsier & more difficult to make turns. it forces you to keep your feet farther apart. Indoors, these aren't bad & are probably a good value if you don't want to invest much at first. Just be VERY,VERY CAREFUL USING THESE OUTDOORS, especially if you're a beginner or older. Skates.com delivered these w/in 7 days, so I was satisfied w/ the service,although they never sent shipping info, u have to go to your acc't to see it.

these skates are great for the price. i wish the wheels were better suited for outdoors but they are ok for what i paid for them. I didnt realize that i had forgotten how to skate and will need practice. there is something on the lateral side of the midfoot inside the boot that scrapes( on both sides) if it was a little more padded there then it would be perfect.
