These are the universal standard of the rollerskate industry. 5/16" non-adjustable dance plugs for all plates designed for the bell shaped standard stop. If you put your toe stop on with a screwdriver, and have a bolt that goes into a hole on your toestop holding the stop to the plate, then this is your plug.

I was hoping that I could spin on the dance plugs; but with the large quadline wheels, I never make contact with the dance plugs. I do smash against concrete curbs as I walk my dog, so they do have some function...to protect my frames.
