I wear a womans shoe size 8 and my feet are a little wide. I bought a 7 and they are a perfect fit. They are EXTREMELY comfortable. I could wear them all day! I have old hardwood floors at my house and the wheels as they are on the soft and rubbery side do not leave marks on my floors. I have been practicing dance moves in the living room all week!
