"The "Power of the Machine." I have tried all types of fitness equipment and exercise regimes. Boring, too much time, too ineffective are the typical results. Not with Rowbike. My Rowbike provides me the most efficient and friendly total body workout ever. I love the feeling after rowing through the neighborhood every morning. Best of all, in a little bit of time you get a highly effective, feel good workout, and you are cruising outdoors in style. Simply the BEST!
