The Buckle Powerstrap combined with Jr True Wrap laces w/lacelock gives this skate supreme control as the skates are fitted perfectly to your feet. If your child needs a professional level skate, this is it! - The new comp model of the Spiritblade family is basically the same skate but reinforced with some new features. 80mm/82A wheels means a soft easy ride. Not too fast, not too slow. Get out there, have fun, no serious training needed to ride these skates. SG5 bearings are very solid but if you want these babies to go faster id suggest a bearing upgrade. It comes with Monocoque Composite Frames. That means you get maximum support and strength for the money. Very solid stuff. Its the same construction styles used in airplanes and cars. Rollerblade provides and solid lacing system using a buckle, the Powerstrap, and some very tight laces. Combined with a proper rollerblading stance, the Rollerblade lacing system will keep you from falling down 99% of the time. For that other 1% get some pads.
