Rollerblade Spiritblade XT Skates Women's 2011The best thing about this skate is the adjustable brake, depending on how great a skater you are, you may or may not want a brake on your skate at all. I've known some skaters that will remove the brake as soon as they get it. As a beginner you may want to lower the brake all the way down, and as you get better, or the brake wears out , you can adjust it to your liking. This is a strong, fast skate, that doesn't have many bells and whistles but does come with a Bio Dynamic Shell, and a powerstraps to keep your feet tight and the blisters away! 78mm x 80A wheels.
