i skate with my kids everyweek thought i would give the 3000 a shot we skate on a hardwood the skate is light weight but thats all you will get no speed out of this skate

i hate theis things i used them twice and the boot riped apart i fixed the boot and they roke agin so i just go a new boot i love the plates just make shure everything is tight when you get them cuz they will brake lie my brothers did when he got his

I got these to start training with roller derby. No one else has these in my league! I liked them and feel comfortable in them, love that they have a metal plate but it does make them a bit heavier. I had been doing some research on wheel hardness etc. thinking these might be a bit too grippy for me. I got new wheels in a 95a hardness and Holy smokes what a difference! I am glad I didn't start with the 95's or I would have broken something! I think these are GREAT for beginners or for Fresh Meat. I have been using these since June and they are in good shape, boots look fine and the wheels are good, just will now be my outdoor wheels... I like these skates and am reluctant to upgrade them!!

I bought these skates in 2010 so I could get in shape and also to live out a dream and try out for the Roller Derby. The wheels were a bit too grippy, but was able to skate well enough with them. Over all, I think for the price these skates are sold for, you get your money's worth.
