New features in 2004 include its new extended open throat design and a supple Shubuck lining, making the Blue Ribbon the very finest in its class. Low profile, triple reinforced construction combined with its new comfort features fulfills all the requirements of a recreational and beginning skate.

The QUEST ONYX & TOPAZ model skates blades were designed by Riedell Skate Co to meet and exceed the look and performance of the MK21 & Wilson Excel blades.
Made from hight quality carbon steel, QUEST blades are laser cut for uniform profile, body hardened to 43 - 47 Rockwell hardness and chrome plated to a mirror finish.
