Women's sizing. If you wear a half size, check the box for Postureflex Growth/Half size inserts. They "eat up" half a size for a better fit. Quadstop "Supreme" Back Brake works on only Supreme Quadline trucks. Quadstop "Streamline" Back Brake will not fit on a Supreme Truck and vice versa. This Quadline Supreme can be converted to Streamline with the Quadline Streamline Conversion Kit.
