SPRI XERDISC™ INFLATABLE BALANCE TRAINING TOOL The SPRI Xerdisc™ is a balance training tool for skating. The Xerdisc™ can be used alone or as a pair. Used alone, the Xerdisc™ is an advanced balance training tool for single leg exercises. Used as a pair, the Xerdisc™ is a tool for double arm or double leg strength and stabilization activities.

This lightweight, portable 13-1/2"D x 2-1/2"H air-filled disc can be inflated for less of a balance challenge and deflated to provide more of a balance challenge. It's great for developing muscles and balance required for long distance, recreational and dance skating.
