  In my own opinionwrist guards are almost as important as a helmet.When you fall down most people put their hands out to protect themselves from a big impact.When you do that your wrist becomes in danger.I have personally broke my own wrist from not having wrist guards on and going to the doctors and them snapping the bone in was no fun!.That bill i got later was no joy either.SO for 16.95 for a pair of wrist guards that will save you pain and moneyi really think its a good idea and deal .
