These fit a little big, not as tight as you'd want them to be. Good for starting out thou.

These will effectively protect yourself from any fall, they will absorb the impact very well, they are very comfortable. I would suggest combining these with some gloves, i use motorcycle gloves under them and i've had falled hard, and nothing has happened to me, not even a little bit sore after the hit. However these are not very durable, the leather like fabric that holds the plastic thing, will ripp off easily, the elastic fabric surrounding the wrist guard will break with any minor scratch. They protect very well but will not last for too long.

I use them for roller derby. They are lightweight, I am concerned about the durability, but I will have to use them longer to find out.

Very good wrist braces, I need my hands for work so it is super important for me to keep them safe if I want to keep being paid. I have already put these to the test on many occasions unfortunately. I also have a pair of stilts I mess around on, so when I fall I fall from around eight feet high. I am five/seven so its a fairly long drop for me. These things definitely kept my wrist from shattering many times. I should be more careful but I just like to play hard and these things help me too.

I wear these wrist guards when I skate. They provided me with adequate protection. The meshy fabric was breathable.

Overall a great product. They're quite durable and the insert works very well. My only complaint is this: I ordered medium elbow and knee pads, as well as medium wristguards. The wristguard insert and pads line up perfectly with my arm, but the straps are a bit long making them awkward to tighten properly, yet a small would be too small for my wrist. This is a small issue though, they're great overall.

I love these guards--they do exactly what they are supposed to do with minimal shifting. I have a size medium, and I think that I could have gone with a small for an even better fit (I did use the sizing guide before purchasing), so perhaps they run a bit big? Regardless, it doesn't interfere with effectiveness. If they should ever wear out (so far they show no signs of doing so), I intend to buy the exact same kind again.

I have been using these for protecting my wrists during roller derby practice. I haven't had to use them yet, but they are well constructed and comfy. The breatheable mesh keeps my wrists from sweating it up during practice. Glad I bought these!

I bought these for roller derby. They are fairly decent, however, they are showing some break down on the palms for only using them 3 or 4 times.
