Where do I begin? The first time I ordered the skates, they arrived in a terrible manner. The boot was scuffed and filthy, and the white stopper had blue smudges all over it. I needed a bigger size, but I still would have sent it back regardless based on the condition. I sent it back [...]. I reordered the same skate in a bigger size [...]. This time it arrived in a better condition, even though when placed on a flat surface the skate is very uneven. I took to a local rink to try out. It took a lot of readjusting to get it comfortable. I found out (after I used the skate for a few hours), that the bearings which are supposed to be ABEC 5's are not. Three on each skate are ABEC 3's and one wheel on each skate is an ABEC 1!!! If I wanted cheap bearings, I would have went to a local department store. So my [$]skates have costed me a total of almost $200, and they have the quality of a department store skate. I am not a happy customer! Be weary...

The skates are well made, durable and great for any skater. Could improve the lining inside as it tends to create and retain perspiration around the ankles. Overall still a very good skate. Staff and Website are professional and thorough. would recommend!
