Name - JeremyOhh WWOW. thanks buddy you just cleared up a big disaster already in progress. I didnt like the call i madeexperienced to you guys after my fit not one bit as far as customer service and communication GOES. I got the horrible feeling I was calling somebodys garage or something despicable. But these are almost touching set back..The stifflower toe box is something Ill need to adjust to especially for the extra-orthotic i wear in one which is a workout to place correctly in this snug boot. But I see the design Roces seems to have locked down here. Being that my foot is 12in exactly placing me at size 14 exactly on the custom foot scales. I find it safe to go up a half size here if possible especially if youre wider of toe or forefoot. -If you are- these boots may not fit your foot seeing as how theyre casted for a more specific fit in mind. I wanted an average sized boot in tall and not the clunky big size versions we all have seen online. As in the case here proper education is in order. Btw when I first tried these on my feet and i were tired and that affected fit more...Ill have to see how that goes but already it seems nice. Different ballgame. These are my first skates and Id appreciate skates.com to be more professionally educated and curteous to a paying customer. I want to like places I deal with and I was not liking that holiday weekend PHONE CALL. Seems like yall could use more help at the shop...

Because the skate is made to fit when you are down lower. The tighter the fit the better you skate however you dont want your toes bent - just touching the end of the boot firmly. Note the heel of the skate is behind the achilles tendon so you must bend your knees to push your heel into the back.

size 14 shoe. I just trird on the 14 man my toes are STUBBED! ... 10 minutes with one stand my toes are throbbing. this other guy is about right going up to 16..really whats up with this stuff dude?

yes i come armed with that info. feet are 12inches about on the dot from apex of back heel to top of big toe! i double up on a sole in one foot btw you guys r great. hope i get something back soon!

I talked to our sales people and our warehouse people and our president. As far as they know Roces run true to size. If you want to give us your foot measurements we can tell you exactly how the skate will fit. Roces has been in the game for awhile and was the original manufacturing company for rollerblade.
