After doing some pretty extensive homework, decided on the Luigino Mini Challenge Adj. 4 x 90mm set-up. My son is a beginner but has advanced on the curve very well. After a hiccup at the Luigino warehouse (ordered the full skate/frame/wheel package, received boot only)I called said website and explained my dilema. They took care of the order and even shipped in an expedited manner so that we could receive in time for my son's first competition. Product seems well made and durable but time will tell as we have had them for only a month. They are used indoors only so that should help the cause. If you have a child that wants to step up from the smaller wheel full booted skate, these are for you. Because of the cost, the adjustable boot was our primary reason for purchase so we could grow with them before having to sink more money into what is currently the flavor of the week. With children that can change pretty quick.
