I skate for cardio workout and use K2 knee and elbow pads. Large size is smaller than average American would expect it to be, but these perfect for me! I love them (especially after I fell and rolled last week - got scratched elbow and knee) Wrist guards look stylish but in my opinion less protective than the ones of the Rollerblade brand. I use K2 knee and elbow pads but Rollerblade wrist guards. Recommend them anyway. These are the best I could find so far.

Use knee & elbow pads, not affraid to fall, roll, get up and skate on!!!
