The first few times on your Rowbike, keep in mind to view your Rowbike more as a fitness machine, than a bicycle.  In a short time it will become both your fitness machine of choice, your bicycle, very possibly your favorite toy!

Tips for getting started on your Rowbike:

1. While you are waiting for your Rowbike to arrive, take the time to view the video clips at the following link,

a. Pick up & handle your Rowbike
b. Get started for the first time on your Rowbike
c. Learn how to rowl one handed
d. Get the most out of your Rowbike

2. Your very first rowl. Much like your first time learning to Down Hill Ski, you start at the bunny hill not the black diamond hill.  Remember when first leaning to bike ride, it was on the side walk, not the street.  Like most activities when first leaning there is always an appropriate way to get started.

 

Bring your helmet, just like in all out door activities that involve speed, Bicycling, Skiing, Rollerblading, etc. we highly recommend wearing a helmet, it may not be you that makes the mistake, it may be the other person that crosses your path.

 

Transport the Rowbike to your local parking lot! This is where you will have the most enjoyable time getting acclimated to the whole new experience of Rowbiking or as we call it here in Minnesota "Rowling."
