Upper Body POWER! September 20, 2006 Reviewer: Rob Brook   "The "Power of the Machine." I have tried all types of fitness equipment and exercise regimes. Boring, too much time, too ineffective are the typical results. Not with Rowbike. My Rowbike provides me the most efficient and friendly total body workout ever.
