i ordered the medium and the elbow pads were waayyy too big..and i dont have small arms..and the knee pads suck for roller derby..so they shouldnt be apart of a set stated theyre for derby...i slid and bruised my knee bc pad didnt cover my knee..theres also not enough coverage on the pads...just cheaply made..and NO good for derby..

Overall Bottom Line - not recommended
