They feature a molded shell with a new street formula soul plate material with a 45 degree shock absorber that will allow you to take bumps comfortably. There is one 60mm wheel in the front and one in the back, in the middle are the two smaller 42mm wheels that will keep you rolling and on the rails as needed. The shell is molded and tough and can take a beating, so if you are hard on your skates, this pair is the ones to own. The secure and snug fit is due to the cuff strap, the 45 degree power strap and the lace combination. The SG5 bearings will keep you rolling with a smooth ride and speed you need to get up in the air.   Yes definitely but you will need to go a size smaller for than you would normally order since these are mens skates and are one size larger then womens skates. So a womens size 8 would be a mens size 7 etc..
