I purchased these for me and my daughter; and we like them. In a skating rink with a large number of children that like throwing themselves on the floor, these wrist guards gave us a higher level of confidence in our not getting hurt. As an middle ager getting back in the rink, I was happy to have them. The last time I skated one fall, gave my wrist some problems; so this is how I dealt with that.
