These Skates was for my daughter. One of the skates tongues folded under and hurt the top of her foot when she first put the skate on. I showed her how to unroll the tongue and pull it over to one side so it does not hurt her foot. I looked at the tongue and it is just the way it is made. The other skate was made exactly the same way. Other then that she likes the skates. I did not like the way the boot was built, I thought it looked very cheap for the price. Also, for the price I expected the boot and the plate to be bolted to gether not ribited. My son's skates was cheaper and was bolted. My daughter's skates cost almost double the amount and was ribited. I am an old skater from the 80's and still use the same pacer skates I bought back in 1982, I expected better quality from a ridell company.

Bought these for my Daughter for an Easter gift. She loves them. The only problem that she has with them is the Skate boot rubs her buy the ankles. It rubs the skin off her leg. We have adjusted the skate everyway we can and nothing helps. The only thing that works is her whereing two pairs of socks. She has cut a sock so she can pull it up around her ankle.
