This plate was designed with the advanced speed skater in mind. It is light weight, and has the strength needed for a high performance speed skater. Nylon plates, center mount, 45 degree single action trucks, 7mm axles, takes adjustable toe stops (not included). Fits boot sizes 5 - 13.
