The K2 Nordic Workout skate is designed for beginner skaters or skaters who are hesitant of speed but working on control. Resistance is built into the bearings which allows for a better cross training workout.

K2 Softboot� provides comfort and quality with supportive ankle lacing, a stability cuff, and power ankle straps.

ABEC 5 Bearings and 80Amm wheels allow the skater to glide and experience resistance for maximum workout.
