Sunrise is an excellent skate for the money, featuring our ultra-durable composite chassis, ABEC3 bearings, and 76mm Hyper wheels. Since its chassis comes with plastic axle components, you can increase the speed and effeciency of your skates by upgrading the axle components - just order our inexpensive aluminum spacer kits (on the accessories page), or you can simply upgrade your entire chassis to aluminum at a later date. If you plan to do a lot of walking, you might want to consider a step up in model, to the Kick, which is much softer for better walking. While all boots take some time to break in, the break in time for these is longer than the rest of the line. They are noticeably stiffer right out of the box when they're brand new, but like all skates, they do break in nicely after a few months of use.
