I use the Freeline skates for exercise. They are easy to transport and use. They are surprisingly quiet and very stable (my current novice skill level notwithstanding of course). I might suggest making the 'L' & 'R' visible with or without edgeguards being used. An easy fix for me was to put an 'L' & 'R' on the underside of each truck & also on the center insignia of each 'skate'. When it's time to replace the wheels, I'll replace the 4 black wheels with 2 green and 2 red to permanently sort out the R&L delima. As a side note, it took me about 3 years to find the Freelines. I saw someone using them on a reclaimed railroad right of way & did not know what they were called. Well worth the wait and effort. Cheers !!!

I have been skating all my life and these are not easy to use, but if you give them some time they are great fun. I have only busted once, and that was on day one, but i got back on and was doing 300ft runs by the end of the day. Now i can go up hills and cruise on the flats. I will say if you have a hard time on inlines or the skate board dont get these, but if you are an ace on both these things are awsome.
