I ordered these skates for my daughter and she had to get use to skating at a slower pace at the skating rink. They were a little slower than the skates she had previously but overall she likes them now. However, I thought they would be a lot smoother.

I've only used them once since purchase. And I think they're great! The look, feel, construction, etc. Just one bad thing..after one use the right front wheels came loose. Didn't think that I was that hard on them but I guess I was. Need to find more places in Pittsburgh to skate!

I bought these skates for my daughter's 9th birthday. She hasn't taken them off since. They are the perfect gift for a preteen. The skates themselves look to be very well constructed and will provide hours of exercise in the disguise of fun.

go to skating rink w/family for family outing outside skating for fun comfortable lightweight great for not having been on skates for about a good 14 years! would love to become advanced skater like i used to be. love everything about them.

When the skates arrived (I ordered two pairs), all the wheels would barely rotate. The wheel nuts were extremely tight and it was difficult to adjust them for that reason and because there was limited adjustibility. That is, it was hard to find the balance between too much play in the wheels and barely moving. Really. Other than that, they are decent beginner skates that are very affordable. The growth inserts add-on is a great idea for longevity (relatively speaking).

I bought these skates for my great niece. She is a beginner, but enthusiastic about skating. She wears the skates almost everywhere. They have turned out to be the perfect first skate for my niece

I just wanted some cheap skates to go around with my daughter through the neighborhood. I found the boot surprisingly comfortable, though the eyelets on the right boot were applied badly and the lace snags on some. The wheels are fine for sidewalks. The toe stop is made of hard plastic, and seems to slip over the sidewalk, rather than dig in to slow you down effectively. I will try to find a softer plastic when I need to replace it. Overall, a good purchase for the price. I wear a women's 6M, and I got a size 5 and it is a good fit.

this skate is perfect for beginning, if you're a little girl that wants to start to artistic skating that's perfect for you. cons: the boot is too soft so i think is no proper for women or tall and heavy girls. non adjustable toe-stops non compatible with standard bearings and wheels for artistic roller skating.
