The raised nose of the Freeride clears deep snow and offers protection against obstacles. The Freeride's Profile runners turn the sled with a simple shift of your body weight, so you can carve through the trees after bombing a backcountry bowl.

Made of a super-durable urethane impregnated nylon material, the Airboard inflates in less than 3 minutes with its own hand pump. The Profile Runners, which run the length of the bottom of the board, give it control with a simple shift of your body weight. Weighing only 6 pounds, hand pump included, it packs down to fit easily into any backpack. Developed and perfected in the Swiss Alps, the Airboard makes its North American debut, waiting to give you the thrill ride of your life.

For sliding on backcountry ungroomed terrain, ski slopes and terrain parks. This multi-purpose Airboard offers a great slalom style ride. Quick and easy turning on those uneven slopes! Great for catching some air too!  
If you suffer from back and knee problems and are unable to ski, snowboard, short ski or any snow sport requiring you to stand up with bent knees enduring  high-impact landings, Airboard may be the answer for you to get back out on the slopes!
Your main position would be lying on your belly on a sturdy but soft Airboard with a straight back and legs outstretched. This reduces the pressure on your lower back and knees when compared to skiing and snowboarding. Airboarding requires minimum skill level on the part of the rider and has a short learning curve. Plus it's also super fun and compact to carry around (you don't have to worry about ski racks for your vehicle!)
 
 
*Remember to wear a helmet as icy slopes are unforgiving and tend to be harder than our heads! Wear a bright colored one so you are visible in the snow.
