Adam's Goods Beef Jerky This is some good stuff. Adam had some jerky created for his own personal consumption and we were allowed to try a few pieces and it blew our mind. This is not like any jerky you tasted before. This is Jerky like the pioneers ate. Rich, hearty, juicy, thick pieces of meat, slathered in Adams steak rub. I would describe the flavors as peppery spicy (with a hint of cayenne), and then smokey softened by a rich sweetness. Adam uses only top quality ingredients like McKay Ranch Grass Fed Beef, Vermont Maple Syrup, and hand ground herbs and spices. The result is tantalizingly good. (3 oz by weight)
