You can track and store your workout through GPS technology. Verbal cues update you through your earphones as you go. Your total distance traveled is computed, as is average speeds, elevation, current and elapsed time, calories burned, and more. Three workout routines can be customized and stored for your jogging, biking, walking or other fitness routines. And at the end of the day, you can synch with your computer to chart progress over time.

With the included MotionTrak software, you can add workout-specific comments, graph performance results, track shoe mileage, and even check weather conditions from past sessions, based on time and location. This innovative software can also be used to set ADEO's update preferences and upload voices.

MotionTrak is the central repository for data from your workouts. With this historical data you can analyze your progress over time in multiple aspects of your routines - running, biking, hiking, etc.
SET AND TRACK FITNESS GOALS
MotionTrak allows you to set goals and work toward them. The ADEO Fitness Companion will even let you know how you are doing, during your workout, based on the preferences you set in MotionTrak.
GET WEATHER CONDITIONS
MotionTrak will go out on the Internet and find the weather conditions automaticaly, letting you know whether to workout indoors or outdoors later in the day.
MOTIONTRAK ONLINE
Take your home base with you wherever you go. MotionTrak Online allows you to view your workout information via the Internet as well as keep an Activity Journal, Training Calendar and track shoe mileage. The account is free, and doesn't require an ADEO to use. The ADEO not only automates the process of entering workout data, it provides more accurate information.
